If you share artwork, logos, label content, packaging references, die-lines, drawings, brand assets, or technical files, you confirm that you have the right to share and use those materials for the requested packaging work.

• You are responsible for checking spelling, regulatory text, barcode data, ingredients, warnings, MRP, batch fields, brand claims, and all other content supplied for printing or packaging.
• You must not submit files that infringe another party's copyright, trademark, design, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
• We may use submitted files only to evaluate, quote, sample, produce, or support the requested work, subject to any separate confidentiality terms agreed in writing.
• Final approval of artwork, proofs, samples, and production specifications remains your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Orders, Payments, Delivery, and Returns
