Where do the knowledge base pages live?
Three page types are created for you. You do not build them in a page builder; they are generated from your content.
The hub
The hub lists every category as a card with its icon, description and article count, plus the search box. It sits at your base slug — /knowledge-base/ unless you changed it in Settings.
Category pages
Each category gets a page listing its articles, with a sidebar rail for jumping between categories. Articles are ordered alphabetically by title and paginated once there are enough of them.
Article pages
The answer itself, with breadcrumbs, reading time, a table of contents, a feedback prompt and related articles from the same category.
If a page 404s
Go to Settings → Permalinks and press Save. That rebuilds WordPress’s URL rules. It is needed after changing the base slug, and occasionally after a plugin update.
